a. By accessing or using our website, submitting a property, registering as a Partner, or purchasing a Featured Partner spot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Terms”).
b. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or any services provided by Parcel Trust LLC.
2. Services Overview
a. Parcel Trust LLC provides the following services:
I. A property submission platform (“Submit a Property”).
II. A Partner Directory for approved businesses and service providers.
III. Optional Featured Partner promotional placements in the directory pop-up.
b. These services are intended for property acquisition, to connect property owners, Partners, and service providers. No outcome, sale, or referral is guaranteed.
3. Property Submissions
a. You represent and warrant that all property information submitted is accurate and that you have the legal right to submit it.
b. Submission of a property does not guarantee a purchase, offer, or follow-up.
c. Parcel Trust LLC may review, reject, or remove any submission at its discretion.
d. Parcel Trust LLC may contact you or third parties for due diligence or clarification regarding property submissions.
4. Payments, Renewals & Refunds
a. Payments for Paid or Featured Partner plans are final once processed by a payment processor.
b. Plans automatically renew according to the selected billing interval (monthly or annual) unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
c. Renewals continue until the Partner cancels the plan.
d. Refunds are generally not provided. In exceptional cases, such as confirmed billing errors, Parcel Trust LLC may issue a pro-rata credit at its discretion.
e. Optional Property Submission Review Fee:
I. Users may pay a $5 fee for expedited review of a property submission. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. No Endorsement
a. Listing in the Partner Directory or Featured Partner pop-up does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or approval by Parcel Trust LLC.
b. Parcel Trust LLC makes no representations regarding the reliability, quality, or trustworthiness of any listed partner.
6. Limitation of Liability
a. The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
b. Parcel Trust LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results.
c. Parcel Trust LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from the use of the website, property submissions, or Partner Directory.
7. Termination
a. Parcel Trust LLC may suspend or terminate services, remove listings, or block submissions without notice.
b. Grounds for termination include:
I. Nonpayment or expired plans.
II. Misuse, false information, or violation of law.
III. Behavior that harms the Company’s reputation or operations.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Information We Collect
a. Contact information submitted by users, including name, email, phone number, etc..
b. Property or business details provided for submissions or Partner listings.
c. Analytics and technical data (e.g., traffic, browser, device) collected automatically via standard website tools.
8.2 How Information Is Used
a. To evaluate property submissions.
b. To create and maintain Partner listings.
c. To process payments securely through a payment processor.
d. To communicate account or service updates.
e. To maintain and improve the website and services.

a. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or comply with legal obligations.

Partner Directory & Featured Partner Terms
1. Overview
a. Parcel Trust LLC (“the Company”) provides an online Partner Directory and optional paid promotional placements called Featured Partner spots.
b. By submitting a Partner Profile or purchasing any plan, you (“Partner” or “Business”) agree to these Terms.
2. Partner Plans:
- Free Partner – Basic profile visible in the Partner Directory at no cost.
- Paid Partner – Monthly or yearly paid profile with enhanced visibility and features.
- Featured Partner – Temporary promotional placement that appears in the website pop-up for the purchased duration. A Featured Partner may or may not also appear in the Partner Directory.
Profiles remain visible only while the applicable plan is current.
3. Visibility and Duration
a. Partner and Featured Partner profiles are displayed for as long as the associated plan or term is active.
b. When a plan expires or payment is not received, visibility ends automatically without further notice.
4. Content and Accuracy
a. Partners and Featured Partners are solely responsible for all information submitted, including business name, description, website, and contact details.
b. Parcel Trust LLC does not monitor, verify, or update profile information and is not liable for any inaccurate, outdated, or inactive business details.
c. If a Partner’s business closes or its links stop working, the Company is not obligated to detect or remove the profile.
5. Featured Partner
a. Featured Partner placements appear in the website pop-up for the purchased duration.
Parcel Trust LLC:
- Does not guarantee visibility, clicks, or referrals.
- May remove or refuse any submission that appears misleading, harmful, or violates law.
- Automatically removes expired or unpaid placements.
6. Payments and Renewals
a. All payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
b. Partners may renew or upgrade at any time through the purchase options on the website.
7. Termination
a. The Company may deactivate or remove any Partner or Featured Partner at any time, for any reason, including nonpayment, misuse, or content that may harm the Company’s reputation or violate applicable law.
8. No Endorsement
a. Being listed as a Partner or Featured Partner does not imply endorsement or verification by Parcel Trust LLC.
b. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before engaging any listed business.
9. Limitation of Liability
a. The Partner Directory and Featured Partner services are provided “as is.”
b. Parcel Trust LLC makes no guarantees of uptime, performance, or results and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation or reliance on any listing.
10. Changes to Terms
a. Parcel Trust LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
